To all RD customers Hope this helps I was sent the wrong item three months ago, for all those months I have been trying to contact them to resolve this matter , I have been lied to pushed from one call centre to another all reading from the same song sheet all these girls at the call centre do not have an understanding of the English language being part of the problem…. I finally obtained a template letter sent it to them and the next day they phoned me , after three months of trying, although the outcome was not exactly what I wanted ie putting the purchase price back in my account and me keeping the wrong item !?? It seems the only way to get anywhere with these people is to write
