Terrible. Ordered my son a birthday gift online. Paid and waited for delivery. One week after delivery date... Nothing. Call to enquire and told it's no longer is stock. No email to tell me, no apology. Had I not called and requested a refund I would be out of pocket. Robert Dyas even told me it's not their fault!
Appalling excuse of a company. Will not be returning.
