Ordered wardrobes and wish I hadn't. Terrible quality, items damaged when unpacked and the general quality was very poor. Called customer service for a refund and return but was told it was acceptable. Replacement parts were the only way forward and I would have to wait around 20 days for the delivery......in the meantime wardrobe components and packaging all over the bedroom or my son. After numerous emails and comms there is no accountability at all. Just want the issue sorted bug not a conclusion in sight.
