So far everything!
Wrong item delivered in enormous box which is now blocking our exit. Phoned customer services within 20 minutes of receipt - obviously overseas call centre. I was asked to send pictures and all details, this was forwarded within 10 minutes. No response until I rang again 3 days later and was told they would now send details to the supplier - this would be a joke if it wasn't so serious with an enormous box impeding the exit. I have never been so appalled by a company as I am with Robert Dyas. I chose the company because I thought it was a well established British company which could be trusted - how wrong of me!!
The person in the call centre recently was helpful, but clearly not in a position to expediate solutions to mistakes made by Robert Dyas and their associates.
