Am at my wits end with this company, trying to get a faulty fridge freezer returned,it's taking up space in my spare room as I had to purchase another one as I can't do without a fridge ,I'm only on a pension so this isn't ideal , nobody seems to know what they are doing, APPALLING.
Appalling company,I am at my wits end trying to get a faulty fridge freezer returned,it is taking up space in my spare room as I had to get another one from elsewhere, they have no idea what they are doing,the customer care is a joke,at 85 I could well do without the stress this causing ,I even wrote to the CEO but had no response
