Item faulty on receipt. Utter rubbish customer service, if you manage to get a response! It will be a month next week and eventually they have arranged for collection today which surprisingly has not been collected by Yodel.
They won’t refund until they get it back which could be 3-5 days from collection and then a further 3-5 working days for refund.
