Diabolical customer service who don't seem to know what they are doing and extremely rude! I bought a bed and didn't even open it and arrange a collection to return yesterday which I was told would be £50 which then after questioning told it would be free, I waited in all day and no one turned up for it ans no response to any emails asking what was happening. I then spoke to customer service who could not tell me why it wasn't collected and they then they said they could do 12th, as soon as I put the phone down I rang back up immediately as I realised I had training at work and could they change it and they rudely said no and that this was my fault and the original date shouldn't have been cancelled which I didn't. They said they would book for the day after but they might not turn up as the previous 2 were cancelled?!
I've never had such bad customer service and hope they turn up on the requested day as they couldn't tell me would would happen if they don't. 🤔
