If I could give these guys zero I would. For a month I've been waiting for my refund or exchange to no avail. I've sent endless emails and spent hours on the phone multiple times. Promises to sort out the issue. Still waiting. The product I have is a faulty gate from rowlinson. Very bad service my issue is not sorted after a month of trying.
