I ordered GTec sweeper. The order was placed delivered within 24 hours. One wheel was broken off. I reported this to customer services to someone l could hardly understand with a screaming child/children in background it was really difficult. I have just received a message from someone l could hardly understand saying it would take 12 days to resolve. So how come delivered so quickly and damaged you have my money and takes almost 2 weeks to resolve. Doubt if l shall ever deal with you after this is resolved
