Visited Eastleigh Branch and waited a considerable time to be noticed by female members of staff who would rather chat than work. I have worked, been an owner and have been connected to retail for most of my working life and this is not the way to run a business. When service is so non existent ,one can see why online shopping is putting the store out of business. Walked out and purchased online, and not with Robert Dyas.
