Finally after several attampts got through to Customer Services today. Was told that as Iron was supplied by an agent and not RD direct. Not informed of this at the time they would have to send a message to the provider of the item, but would call me back in 2 weeks confirming a refund. Nothing heard so I rang 4 days in a row. Left my number for a call back which eventualy came after approx 36 hours, but of course by then I was out. On my call today I was put through to Customer Service support who could do nothing but take orders, Spoke to a manager-c winson who was useless and said he could only take a message and pass on. Nightmare Do Not Use
