This company is appalling. I ordered a toaster. It was immediately evident it was faulty. I tried phoning, their phones are never answered you are simply put on an endless loop. Their chat lines are never responded to. Their emails are mainly just automated responses. I did eventually, after weeks, get a collection date to return goods but they cancelled it. They eventually arranged another date but no one arrived to collect the item. Since then nothing. I wish I'd read the reviews online before purchasing.
