I ordered hob on the 8 th of December which meant to arrive within 5 working days.
Tonight is 26, the hob did not arrived, it is impossible to get in touch with the company via phone , which is very difficult to find any way. No email address to write. After spending lots of time on some phone number with no answer, opted for text message.
They refusing to refund money saying that they did not receive email from the supplier, they do not deserve even zero star rating.
the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
