So right about bad Customer Service - Item not delivered within a reasonable time so cancelled the order. However some 3 weeks later Received an email to say it was going to be sent. Tried to get through to Customer Services to say order had been cancelled without success. Refused delivery as no longer required. Am still waiting for a refund from my payment on 1 November! Will never use again.
