Agree with a lot of the others. Customer service is terrible. I understand that covid 19 is causing everyone problems but this company is very very bad. 5 weeks trying to get my refund on returned ( unopened). All I get is ask to wait for the suppliers response. Wait 3 days, give it another 3 days, wait 14 working days, wait for complaint department to contact me ( been 5 days) and on it goes. Truly deserve the bad reviews. All I can think is that the good reviews on here are very lucky. I will never buy from them again.
