I ordered a microwave which turned out to be faulty. It was replaced by yet another faulty microwave. I then requested a refund that took weeks of emails and live chats. They never respond to phone calls. I've looked back at previous reviews and have seen some saying that this company should be given a break due to the current situation but if you look back they had awful customer service before covid. Steer clear.
