The worst Customer Service every experienced.
I purchased a lawnmower from this company as they were confirming delivery for a certain weekend ( prepared to pay £ 20 extra on the product) when the weather was nice. After chasing so many times and no real response or "we will get back to you" the mower arrived 5 weeks later that date shown on the website. Even when you tried to track the shipment no real information. I had some performance issues with my product so within the 30 day period I requested collection and refund. They confirm someone will call for the collection which was 3 weeks ago, in fact, I managed to get the manufacturer to collect it instead. I am still waiting for them to confirm when I will get my refund and its been more than a 2 months saga. Really these guys should be shut down!!!!!
Save yourself the pain and go to a reputable company that knows how to treat customers!!!!
