Nightmare company, who do not care. Just give generic answers to every frustrating email I've sent. Been waiting over 6 weeks now for a refund for a damaged swing seat. I have never experienced a company like this. It really is shocking. After over 10 emails I have sent over the past 6 weeks the same similar replies come back, "we are waiting on our suppiler to confirm your refund". This has mentally affected me as it just seems like they have your hands tied. No phone number, chat doesn't work. Only emails and it takes them up to 72 hours to respond, I've experienced longer or no replies at all. I dont know what else to say other than please avoid this company if you don't want to end up in my position. I wish I had read the other reviews before buying from them. Still waiting for my refund.
