Appalling. I have been waiting for an item to be delivered since April (it's now the middle of July). The customer service is horrendous. Keep palming me off with the message that they are dealing with their supplier. "Thanks for your patience." GIven I have waited three months for an item that had an estimated delivery of 3-5 days, I would say I have been more than patient.
