Ordered a bbq on 31/05/2020, only half the bbq arrived. Emailed Robert Dyas was advised the rest of the bbq would arrive in a couple of day. Needless to say it never arrived. Emailed again and no response. I had to do a credit card charge back to get my money back! When I got my money back from my credit card company guess what...they responded to my emails. Needless to say this issue has still not been resolved and I still have part of a bbq, but at least I paid on credit card and was able to get my money back that way. Shocking company! shocking customer service! Avoid at all costs!!
