Another example of absolutely appalling service. From Robert Dyas.
Not only were only part of the goods delivered, but that which was delivered was very badly constructed to say the least and one major part was completely split/broken, but still wrapped up and shipped by the supplier. Quite disgraceful.
Having complained by telephone (eventually having got through to someone after quite a few attempts) I was assured that the issue would be investigated with the supplier and I would hear back in approximately 5-7 days. At that point I was placated but then NOTHING. This issue has since been pursued again and again over recent months and the same responses come about. The issue is being looked into/escalated etc etc and I will hear from them shortly. It simply hasn't happened and I am disgusted. I will NOT let this issue drop on principle. Having already made it clear in my last email that if I am ignored once again I will turn my attention to Social Media I believe I have been more than fair in the circumstances. I am by no means a vindictive person, however it this negative review prepares others from expecting either quality or service from Robert Dyas I will have at least achieved something
