Their customer service support take action right away for each ticket entered in 48 hours. Items not received Rose Wholesale will refund once investigated. Love their pricing of items and always a variety of different products which I love and especially around Christmas time. Their sizes fits all customer needs. Their shipping costs are reasonable.
