This is the first time we have ordered specs online and the experience has been nothing but fantastic with SelectSpecs. Prices are reasonable, customer service is top notch, delivery was quick (all in about 3 weeks for us in Victoria). We had an issue with one of the specs and SelectSpecs customer service people were prompt and helped with a replacement at no further cost to us. We are very impressed indeed and will not hesitate to buy all our future glasses from SelectSpecs. Thanks guys!
