What a shame that the called centre that sewing quarter use to out source the call handling is so shambolic. The presenters and the channell are amazing and cannot be faulted, but all their hard work is lost on the inadequately and badly trained staff. I am a new customer and when I made my order I was not confident then. When I called to find out what was going I asked to speak to a supervisor the person I spoke then told me my contact details that the would ring on. This individual by doing this broke the data act, this act is set in law and any company or individual not follow due diligence in this process could be prosecuted and fined. Your not going to believe this but I used to manage a call center unit and this one is not fit for purpose.
