Absolutely dire customer service and they are quite happy to breach the Consumer rights act 2015.
Purchased a pair of boots, they were worn for a few hours and the heels collapsed. Holes developed on the heel seam and as the heels are hollow this led to decompression of the heels.
Sent back at my own expense and now they deny there is even anything wrong with them and are refusing a refund. Don't waste your money and time with this company. Worst I've dealt with and the head office customer service is laughable at best.
