Placed my first ever order with shopbop after finding a bag I wanted to send to a friend. After placing the order, I received an email saying my order was cancelled and my account terminated?? I emailed and called asking why and if there's a way to solve it- I got the same response from a person called Robert in the order review team. I was told that they cannot say why and, over call was told "you'll have to shop elsewhere." Which is insane to me, especially since I have worked in customer service?? I left a review on Trustpilot saying what happened to me and got a reply the same day saying they wanted more information. After 3 days I heard nothing so, I left another review explaining that they will send a generic reply asking for more information but may not have the decency to reply and fix it. Needless to say, they did reply to that review saying that the reserve the right to refuse service 💀. That's all it said. This is the most frustrating company I have ever had to deal with. I am disappointed in their lack of communication and the fact that they actively seem to not care about helping. Order if you want but genuinely, have 0 expectations and don't expect them to help you.
