I made an order after following the size guide they have available, it was my first time trying the brand, but there were no notes of any special sizing info, anyway the item was revived waaaay smaller than a small size, so I wanted to return to be shocked for a rate of $65, I paid $90 for my whole order, how would I return it if the fee is more than half the price of the item and what would be the use of this return, so I asked for an exchange and of course they don’t offer that! So now I have an item that I can’t wear, I can return or exchange!!! We live in a world where there are revolve, Farfetch, net a portrait, Bloomingdale’s who offers great after sale service, but we still have apps like this which rips your money off and provide crappy services!!! I would never recommend or use Shopbop again!!!
