Item did not turn up, no reply from the company. Phone lines permanently busy and hang up on you without a chance to hold or leave a message - no reply to multiple e-mails and their online chat is automated without a way to ask about an order, it simply directs you to their e-mail.
Currently going through my credit card in the hope I can get my money back this way. Avoid!
