“Absolutely useless.
Missed the waste pipe from our shower tray. Resent with the worlds worst excuse for a courier - Hermes. They failed to deliver it. This held up my builders so had to go and buy another locally. Offered to refund but no sign of that yet.
Now have gone to for the vanity unit to find they have sent the wrong handle!
Won’t even bother getting them to send a replacement as it will probably never turn up.
Should have bought locally and spent an extra couple of quid. Would have saved me in the long run.”
“Please be warned if you are disabled and want to claim VAT relief back this company will make it so difficult to do, they are RUDE especially Sam Owers, not a care his customer might be disabled and can't afford to get a professional to fit a simple product into their home especially if they are hard pressed pensioners but still demand an invoice to be given to him before he will do any form of vat relief. Its sad in this current climate someone can have no heart when other companies have give vat relief without any issues as they care about their disabled customers. I will be writing to HRMC and the regulators regarding this, I wish I'd never purchased from this company. Note they reply back with lies, I had to send 5 emails to get anyone to reply to me and it was excuse after excuse that its takes 1 week then 4 weeks to do a refund, made me complete forms to finally after 6 weeks tell me I'm not eligible, why can't they do the noble thing and just let me know that from the beginning or atleast put this info on thier website so a customer can make an informed decision to buy or not. They hook you in and then leave you out to dry and then send a polished reply back showing they are caring when I have email evidence that they are not. Never again”
