Terrible customer service, doesn’t back up their holiday price guarantee and the quality has gone down tremendously over the past few years. We used to be big Shutterfly customers and I am taking all my photos down and moving my printing to another website. Too bad since I really enjoyed them in the early days. Clearly the new leadership or investors are squeezing profits at customers’ expense.
