I received the dress I ordered very promptly but it was far too long for me so I asked what should I do to return it. I was given clear advice of what to do and have returned it, as outlined and I was happy with the friendly and efficient advice. Of course the real test will be if I get my money back promptly, just waiting now. Thanks
