Been waiting for my order update to change to delivered so I could return. Nothings changed on the website so I’ve contacted silk Fred to be told that I have had the item over 14 days so can not return. Very disappointed as never had a problem previously so not had a need to contact customer services, which has turned out to be poor. They just keep repeating I’ve had the item over 14 days. Disappointed to have lost £65

I bought 3 dresses to choose 1 out of the 3. All were lovely dresses, good quality, nice material and fully lined. I kept the one I liked most of all, and returned the other two. The return process was very smooth, and I received my refund well within the stated period for a refund. Very happy with the service, and with the dress.

Ordered a dress to be delivered to Ireland. It took near 3 weeks to receive the dress. Customer service was helpful and kept in contact with me regarding the status of the parcel. Would not recommend to order from this website for any even as it might not come on time. I ordered the dress in a size up (although the website stated that it is true to size and to order your size), the dress was ill fitting and tight. It is a wrap dress, but there is no possible way to wrap it to cover my cleavage decently.

I wore this dress to my hen party, a day at Windsor races.. it fit beautifully, true to size and I received so many compliments. I felt so special in this dress

Refused to refund an unworn item that I returned that had a few hairs stuck to it. Wouldn't mind so much but they weren't even my dogs hairs!! Any bits could have easily been removed by a lint roller. Dodgy way to make money and fleece your customers!!

Ridiculous returns policy. Great clothes and styles just don't expect to get refunded when you return anything! Over 4weeks now!

Really stupid returns policy. Couldn’t cancel the item once I’d ordered it. Waited for it to arrive, to then return it straight away(and had to pay to return it). Silkfred acknowledged it had been returned on 13th march. But refund hasn’t been processed still, on the 8th working day later. Will probably be another 2 weeks till I see that refund. Annoying when the dress itself wasn’t cheap, and when it arrived had a smell as if it had been worn already. Won’t be buying from here again.

Appalling service. If you want to keep the item then fine; however in order to return I’ve had to chase for a code as not showing on the app as an option for the items purchased. Returned to them on 7/3/24, received the following day, partial refund received only after chasing on the 19/3/24 and still chasing for the remainder. Customer service staff helpful but you have to do all the work. Just beware.

The quality of the garments was incredibly poor, ill fitting and sizes wrong. Such a shame as I previously bought something nice. Beware of the brand! Returns limited to 2 weeks and no discretion leaving me with 3 useless garments (can’t even give them away!) costing £100s

Good selection of clothing and good quality but too expensive for the Irish market for postage and returns cost. Didn't send item back because the postage cost. Not clear on website which items offer a free returns label and which do not.

I have never had an issue with silk Fred …but by purchasing from Charli I won’t use them again ,I have been waiting for my return to be processed….i sent proof of posting which was on the 15th of feb …we are now on the 6th of march ….emails back and forth and still no further forward £69 skirt …sent another email today with no response ….oh and paid money to have next day special delivery …just to make sure the item was recieved…

I ordered a dress from this website and the dress was from Pearl and Peach. I didn’t hear anything so I got in touch. I do have to say the customer service was really good. They attempted to contact pearl and peach but got no response so got a refund straight away. I’m giving 3 stars because of the fact my order never actually came, and to warn others not to buy anything from Pearl and Peach. I do appreciate the good customer service however.

Awful returns policy and poor quality clothing. They operate a 14 day return policy, despite industry standard being 28. The clothing is not the quality you’d expect for what you’re paying. I would recommend everyone avoids shopping here.

I returned a dress I did not wear and have been refused a refund, the seller claiming there are marks on the dress. I couldn’t see them at first as they are barely visible and were not made by me, when the dress arrived it was not nicely folded and had clearly been tried on by someone else before me. I feel ripped off! I we I’ll never use silk Fred again and will encourage my friends not to either!

Shocking return policy I bought a £130 dress sent it back with the merchandise label still attached to the dress & because the ribbon was cut off between the arms & shoulder they wouldn’t refund me & said they were sending it back even though they knew I hadn’t worn it. Never recommend this company

wful return policy and poor customer service. Bought same dress in 3 different sizes as currently pregnant and no idea what size I would be. Missed the return window and contacted customer service to see if there was an option for me to return 2 of the dresses for store credit as I knew I went over the return policy. Absolutely no understanding or discussion, simply no you're over the window nothing we can do. Asked for case the be escalated and was just told no. I get that from cheap places but really surprised at how inflexible they were - even when I offered to accept store credit -I don't see how they lose from that option as they would still have my money, i just wouldn't have 2 dresses that don't fit. Dresses also arrived at different times, again cutting into their short return policy.

Hi there, I am really sorry to read you are disappointed. Unfortunately due to a return not being put through on your account within 14 days of delivery we aren't able to accept your return. I can see your order was 35 days old when you contacted. We do state online a return does need to be requested within14 days, you then have a further 14 days to return the item. The timeframe starts from when the order is delivered. I am really sorry we weren't able to accept your returns on this occasion. Tamsin @ SilkFred

Very disappointed the Dress was very poor quality and thin it was not cheap. So I sent it back and 2months later still no refund despite emailing them 3 time, to get the same response every-time (takes up to 10 days to get my refund) which I am way past
