“I can’t believe you have had some negative reviews. Quality is great. Style and cut superb. I have so far ordered 2 dresses which I have had good comments about. I can’t comment on returns as I have not had to return anything. Sizing is true. Quick delivery - what’s not to like! I feel a million dollars in my purchases. Let’s hope future orders are as good.”

“Ordered from them last week. Was more than happy with quality of clothes that arrived in such a quick time. Had to return one dress, only peeve was that you have to print own returns label which can be rather tricky when you don't have access to a printer. Will be using them again though for sure.”

“I have left three messages to Tasman no reply I live over seas said out of return time but just recieved 10 days ago terrible customer service What are those guys doing over there, they need training”

“Good morning, think this is my second or third time ordering with SilkFred & after getting my order yesterday I can say that all four items were absolutely spot on ! “My daughter loved the top. Customer service was outstanding. I needed a speedy delivery for my daughter's birthday and after using the online chat service was delighted to learn that the top was being shipped the same day as placing the order. True to their promise, the parcel arrived the next day. Outstanding service in the current situation.”
