I ordered 2 items as Christmas presents for my daughter. One of these was oversized and therefore no use. I tried to return the dress but was outside the 14 days return period. I said I would be happy with a credit note but this was refused.
Another company I bought from…again I had to return the item immediately after Christmas….refunded the money without question even though it was outside their returns period.
I am very disappointed, I regard the customer service at Silk Fred as appalling and will not buy anything from them in the future
