Completely inflexible return policy. I was ill and couldn’t arrange the return within the ridiculously short timeframe. I offered to take a credit note instead of a refund but it was a flat no.
Their loss, I used to buy quite a lot from them, would never do so again and will warn others to stay clear!
I wanted to return this order as cheap quality and ill fitting.
