Ordered a dress which arrived and wasn’t great so I sent it back.
Was promised a refund within 10 working days, which I waited. That came and went and after numerous emails back and forth I ended up having to open a PayPal dispute. I was told if I closed the dispute they would refund me. As if! Already waited 13 working days which is 3 weeks and no money ever sent back. I won’t be ordering again, completely shoddy customer service.
