This company charges so much for delivery for sale items and then you have to pay to return sales items.
I also didn’t have a package delivered and they were no help so I lost the money I paid for the item.
They really need to catch up with the times and sort their delivery prices out. A lot of people buy sale items, but then have to pay for postage is a joke. I was going to order 3 dresses but I won’t now as it’s nearly £8 delivery and I’ll have to pay return costs id they don’t fit.
