I ordered numerous dresses to choose from for a wedding. They were all delivered promptly from supplier but one was a little late. I contact silk Fred and was amazed by the fast response as most high street retailers could take weeks to reply. Helen was super helpful and requested an answer from the supplier even tho they hadn’t replied with 24 hrs she kept in contact with me to let me know and problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Would definitely be encouraged to order again.
