Ordered a week before Christmas. It was clearly stated that the delivery will be on 20th of December, at the latest.
It is 27th, not only the delivery did not take place, I have no response from the company, no further information and I only see more and more comments about people in the same situation.
Additionally, I can't even see the previous messages I sent to the support, since I used the form on the website and did not send it as an email.
Leaving for a skiing trip in Italy today and I have to go out and buy myself different goggles since SIROKO overpromised and underdelivered/not delivered at all.
Honestly, it starts to seem like a scam and I am even worried if I see the ordered product or my money ever again.
PS - I would not be mad if I got an informative message about delays or so. I understand that sh*t can happen. But I've received nothing.
