“Hello, I had an order for 2 products, a saddlebag and a handlebar bag. The price and quality were really good. Unfortunately, a clip on the handlebar bag was defective and couldn't be closed. The complaint was handled very quickly and a replacement was sent. Definitely would buy again.”

“I am very satisfied with both SIROKO products and their customer service. I have been using their clothing for some time and have always had a very positive experience. I had an issue with one of the jerseys I purchased, but SIROKO handled the situation professionally and resolved it in a very satisfactory way by sending me a new jersey.
