“Ich habe letzte Woche wieder ein Mal eine grosse Bestellung bei Siroko gemacht. Leider wurde mir ein Artikel nicht mitgeliefert. Ich habe mich sofort an den Kundendienst gewandt, musste div. Fotos schicken usw. War aufwändig, aber Siroko wird mir den fehlenden Artikel nachsenden. Ich bin unglaublich froh. Die Artikel haben meiner Meinung nach allgemein ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bei günstigeren Artikeln merkt man, dass sie eher für Anfänger*innen sind und wenn man Ambitioniert fährt, lohnt sich einen höheren Preis zu zahlen. Auch mit der Qualität bin ich sehr zufrieden, sowie der Passform. Ich kann die Firma und den Kundenservice von Siroko somit wirklich weiterempfehlen und ich werde definitiv wieder da bestellen.”

“Trato post-venda excelente. Compré un maillot que estaba defectuosa la cremallera, les envié mail con un par de fotos, me respondieron muy rapido, y me enviaron uno de nuevo sin tener que enviar el maillot defectuoso, que siempre es un poco jaleo. Un 10”

“Súper contenta con Siroko, tanto en la calidad como la atención al cliente. Me llegó una prenda con defecto de fábrica y sin problema me la cambiaron y resolvieron con rapidez. No sé como se llama la chica que atendió, pero enhorabuena por ser tan profesional.”

“I am very disappointed with my order. I purchased the W3 Rush jacket and P1 Sakha pants because they were displayed on your website as black and white. “Maniche un po' corte, gli elastici di regolazione dei fianchi e del cappuccio sono inutili. Non hanno mai funzionato a dovere. Il cappuccio non si adatta benissimo al casco, è abbastanza scomodo.”
