“Received order with a delay due to DPD's fault. The packaging was also resealed by DPD, but the contents were completely destroyed. After contacting Sirocco, they are going to replace the damaged shirt free of charge. In my opinion, Sirocco is not to blame, but it is a nice gesture of goodwill. Thank you.”

“An sich ganz gut: Passform, Taschen, Geschwindigkeit, in der der Stoff trocknet. Der Stoff ist aber so extrem anfällig, dass man sehr einfach Fäden zieht, die dann zu einem Loch werden. Schade.”

“TOUBKAL GREEN - One size doesn't fit normal head sizes. Cap is too small. - The neck protector doesn't fit. This system is unusable for multiple uses.”

“Der Kundendienst von Siroko ist HERVORRAGEND!!! Ich war auf einer langen Reise und die Bestellung konnte in meiner Abwesenheit nicht zugestellt werden. Siroko hat sich sehr dafür eingesetzt, dass das Paket an meine Schwester zugestellt wurde. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend! Die Qualität der Ware ist auch einwandfrei, ich liebe die farbenfrohen Rad- und Lauftrikots und -hosen. Alles sehr empfehlenswert!”

“I received a pair of trousers where the lettering started coming off after just two washes. After contacting them a few times, I received a new pair and was allowed to keep the old ones. Amazing service! And on top of that: great products and superb quality!”
