“La mia esperienza con l'assistenza Siroko è stata nel complesso corretta nei modi e abbastanza rapida nelle risposte, ma sono rimasto poco soddisfatto della gestione del problema. Ho contattato l'assistenza per segnalare il deterioramento del tessuto di un capo dopo circa un anno di utilizzo non intensivo. Non si trattava semplicemente della formazione di pallini: il tessuto stava iniziando ad allentarsi e a smagliarsi. Personalmente avevo utilizzato il capo, secondo una mia stima, circa 40-50 volte, principalmente una volta alla settimana durante i mesi caldi. Dopo aver inviato le fotografie richieste, Siroko ha concluso che si trattava di un danno dovuto all'uso e quindi non coperto dalla garanzia. La spiegazione fornita faceva riferimento anche alla possibile formazione di pallini dovuta allo sfregamento, ma nel mio caso il problema segnalato era diverso e riguardava proprio il deterioramento e l'allentamento del tessuto. Apprezzo comunque il fatto che l'assistenza abbia risposto e abbia offerto un gesto commerciale di 15 € da utilizzare nel portafoglio Siroko, che ho accettato. Tuttavia, questo credito può essere utilizzato soltanto per un nuovo acquisto e non rappresenta, a mio parere, una vera soluzione al problema segnalato. La cosa che mi lascia più perplesso è che avevo già acquistato nuovamente lo stesso modello prima che si manifestasse il difetto, perché mi trovavo bene con il capo e volevo averne uno di ricambio per le uscite di più giorni. Spero quindi che il problema non si ripresenti anche sul nuovo acquisto. In conclusione: buona comunicazione e risposte rapide da parte dell'assistenza, ma personalmente non sono convinto dalla valutazione secondo cui un deterioramento di questo tipo, dopo un utilizzo così limitato, debba essere considerato normale usura. Vedrò nel tempo come si comporterà il secondo capo dello stesso modello.”

“Unfortunately the jersey arrived and the zip was broken. I also followed the size guide which recommended large but that was too small. In other jerseys I’m usually a medium. Siroco refunded me for the faulty item.”

“Nice product but one thing, that i don‘t understand: the material on the back is so thin, u can see the whole butt. i would use - especially - on the back a bit thicker material. I brought it to a seamstress to have an additional piece of fabric sewn in. it cost me almost the same as i paid for the shorts itself. The Look, and the function is very very good. but the transparent back is a big downside.”

“La campera tiene una tela de buena calidad y abriga muy bien, ideal para el frío. Compré un talle XL pensando que me iba a quedar más cómoda, pero aunque el largo y el pecho son muy grandes, las mangas siguen siendo cortas. Eso la hace incómoda, sobre todo si tenés brazos largos. En realidad, creo que mi talle ideal seria un L pero el las mangas aun serian mas cortas.”

“Nice helmet but, The helmet looks good. Before ordering, I measured my head circumference at 56 cm and chose size L, which should have given me 5 cm of extra space. Unfortunately, even at the maximum adjustment, the helmet is still too tight. Wearing a thin cap or cycling hat underneath is not possible either. I would recommend measuring your head circumference befor your order.”

“I was thrilled when I received my order from Siroko. I couldn’t wait to try them on. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I discovered that one of the sleeves had a factory defect. I reached out to their customer service team immediately, hoping for a swift resolution. Unfortunately, after a week of back-and-forth communication, I was left frustrated and without a solution. To my dismay, I was eventually told that I had caused the defect by not wearing the shirt properly. This accusation is both unfair and unfounded, as the shirt was brand new and had only been in my possession for 24 hours.”

“La he puesto cuatro veces y me parce comoda, las tallas correctas segun pone,pero para mi se queda un poco corta , tendria que tener al menos 5 o 10 cm mas de longitud, para que mida mas o menos lo mismo que la chaqueta.”

“NOT HAPPY WITH USA RETURN POLICY The worst USA customer return policy on earth. When you ask for returns you'll get and email as if an attorney is fending you off to return it. I'm a cyclist and all the competitors out there are completely helpful with returns. It just cost me $58 to try on something to small. Don't get me wrong, styles and material do change. I do like there product when it fits... Know your size! I hope Siroko jumps on board with a better return policy for us here in the USA.”
