“I had a pair of glasses that cracked in the frame in an unusual place. Siroko provided extraordinary warranty due to the special case. Everything in a nice and orderly tone and very fast”

“He comprado la misma sudadera en distintos colores, porque me parece bonita y muy gustosa, no solo para hacer deporte sino para vestir. El último pedido compré la misma sudadera para regalar, pero está vez la recibí con un par de marcas. Reclamé y la gestión con Siroko fue rápida y satisfactoria. Me propusieron un par de alternativas y finalmente me reembolsaron el dinero y no tuve que devolver la sudadera. Sin duda, muy contenta con la gestión.”

“This jacket is great, i have ordered another in color of black because i have tried it on cold and it is insulating, which keeps me warm, but not yet tried on rain but i am sure it will do the job, so thank you siroko, i love their products and logo, customer service are responsive to customers that is a plus to the team too”

“Unfortunately, my cycling core arrived damaged and stained. Within a few days of my written complaint to the siroko support team, I got a very helpful answer and after exchanging some more emails concerning details of my order and of the damage it arrived with, I received the confirmation that a new item was on its way to me. I can’t review that new item yet, since it has not arrived. But my experience with Siroko‘s customer service was excellent.”

“Good jacket but, the termo sleaves are fragile and prone to tear, and it has got no way of tightenint the bottom around your body so wind and snow can get in very easely”

“Purchase and return seem easy, no delays and the product is legit and comfortable. The money was refunded to my card for one item that did not fit, but I wanted the credit, so other than that no biggie. 4.4 stars!”

“The snow jacket and pants are comfortable and warm. The customer service was impeccable, I received a wrong number by accident, (the package had the right size, but the jacket was not, and they immediately send me the correct size, and I returned the wrong one, free of charge!”

“The product itself is outstanding. Great materials and finishing. It really keeps you warm. My only negative comment (that is why i don't give 5 stars) is for the sizing tool. It told me a Medium and it is way too big.”
