“Purchase and return seem easy, no delays and the product is legit and comfortable. The money was refunded to my card for one item that did not fit, but I wanted the credit, so other than that no biggie. 4.4 stars!”

“The snow jacket and pants are comfortable and warm. The customer service was impeccable, I received a wrong number by accident, (the package had the right size, but the jacket was not, and they immediately send me the correct size, and I returned the wrong one, free of charge!”

“The product itself is outstanding. Great materials and finishing. It really keeps you warm. My only negative comment (that is why i don't give 5 stars) is for the sizing tool. It told me a Medium and it is way too big.”

“The coat wasn't exactly as expected. If you have broader shoulders, size up. Due to duties it was going to cost us way too much to exchange the two jackets we got despite them having free returns. Another $85 in duties to Canada would have not been worth it.”

“Good quality material. Bought the Aspen bib shorts: the leg grippers seem a little too loose for me. (5'-10"; 160 lbs; ordered large since my waist is 35") If I had a smaller waist I would be a perfect medium based on their size chart BUT I don't, so they don't fit me well. I won't return since they have to go all the way back to Spain. I can still wear them but will look at other brands for a better fit Or I can just lose 3 inches on my waist : )”

“Tienda española que trabaja a nivel internacional, pero si compras en España hablamos de precios gama alta con alguna apreciada y generosa excepción, por lo que exijo calidad de producto, diseño, variedad, tallas y servicio cliente/comunicación. Entiendo que no cubran el envío de las devoluciones, no son una gran empresa y cuando yo compro en Patagonia, me informo antes y sé a lo que me arriesgo, y cuánto. Algunas cuestiones cumplen muy bien, otras bien y algunas mal....como en mi última compra. Con 178 cm y 88 kg olvídate de algunas prendas de ciclismo, pero no sabrás cuál hasta que la tengas. Aspecto que también entiendo porque cada cuerpo y prenda son un mundo. Rebuscando y con suerte, en China encuentras casi lo mismo desde un 5% más barato en las prendas top y hasta un 20% en otras, pero tranquilos que ninguna abeja va siempre a la misma flor. 7 sobre 10”
