“He comprado varias veces en la web de Siroko y siempre me ha llegado rápido y bien. Esta última vez he tenido un problema con una talla y la atención al cliente ha sido genial, la chica muy amable. Me cambiaron la talla y gestionaron todo muy rápido y gratis. Muy contenta :)”

“It sounds like you're having some issues with the fit and quality of your pants. The thigh area is too tight, while the area above the knee is too loose. You've mentioned that you usually wear XL pants from other brands and they fit well. Additionally, the visible seams on these pants give them a cheap appearance.”

“Tuve un problema para recibir un envío porque en la fecha prevista yo no iba a estar en casa. Llamé a atención al cliente para realizar un cambio y la chica muy amable me lo resolvió rápidamente. La atención de 10. Repetiré seguro!!”

“They had great customer service in making it right with the wrong size being sent. They got me the proper size and gave me a credit to my account! I was doubtful at first but they came through in the end and left me a happy customer!!”

“The customer service is AWFUL!!! They had send me the wrong item, and wouldn't reimburse me my money or send me the correct product that was ordered. They essentially made me go through the exact same return process (return the product and get a credit to SIROKO) as people who got what they ordered but still wanted to return the item.. I didn't get what I ordered. Most companies will fix their mistake. When I voiced my concern to them they said they need it to go through the same process for all returns. I had added item to get free shipping, and I asked if I could get free shipping for the item that no longer would qualify, they said no! CRAZY!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!”
