“I have been wearing Siroko products for more than 3 years. During that time I have only had very positive experiences with customer service - when shopping or exchanging for a different size. For any questions, people respond quickly and to my satisfaction. And what is also admirable is the delivery time - from Spain to Slovakia it takes four, maximum 5 days.”

“Fleeces are very warm, and true to size. Great Quality! Thermal base layers are quite thick , not too tight to the skin as compression layers are. All very good quality, and quick shipping too. Very happy, will order again.”

“The quality of their products has always been good and I've placed many orders with them. For my last order, they shipped ladies bibs instead of men's bibs. I returned them and asked for the correct bibs to be replaced. They said they could only refund the wrong bibs. That means I know have to order the bibs again and pay for shipping, even though it was their error. Very poor customer service. How do they expect me to order from them again when this is the type of service they offer?”
