“Nachdem mir an meiner Gravel Radhose aufgefallen ist, dass sich die Nähte lösen, habe ich Siroko kontaktiert. Ich erhielt super schnell eine Antwort und wurde gebeten, Fotos sowie die Seriennummer hochzuladen. Zuerst wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es sich vermutlich um normale Abnutzung handelt – trotzdem bot man mir aus Kulanz einen Austausch der Gravel Radthose an. Der gesamte Ablauf ging innerhalb von nur drei Tagen über die Bühne. Jetzt warte ich noch auf die neue Hose. Vielen Dank an Siroko – tolles Team, gute Qualität und schöne Kleidung. Sehr kundenfreundlicher Service!”

“He comprado la misma sudadera en distintos colores, porque me parece bonita y muy gustosa, no solo para hacer deporte sino para vestir. El último pedido compré la misma sudadera para regalar, pero está vez la recibí con un par de marcas. Reclamé y la gestión con Siroko fue rápida y satisfactoria. Me propusieron un par de alternativas y finalmente me reembolsaron el dinero y no tuve que devolver la sudadera. Sin duda, muy contenta con la gestión.”

“Atención y envío rápido, producto top y buenos precios. Me han resuelto una pequeña urgencia, en menos de una semana me ha llegado un pedido y ya me lo han cambiado porque no acerté con la talla ( por no hacer caso a la web) Resumen: muy recomendable esta marca! Se echa de menos este tipo de trato y rapidez”

“Ich habe einen wirklich sehr schönen Ski Overall bestellt. Leider hat dieser nicht gepasst und ich habe ihn zurückgeschickt. Ich wurde dann vom Kundenservice kontaktiert, dass der Skianzug sehr verschmutzt und mit vielen Flecken ankam, sie haben mir das auch mit Fotos bestätigt. Ich war sehr entsetzt darüber, da ich alles ordnungsgemäss verpackt hatte und es nur sein kann, dass die Tüte auf dem Postweg versehentlich aufgerissen wurde und deswegen der Anzug verschmutzte. Dies erklärte ich dem Kundenservice und hatte schon Angst, dass nun eine grosse Streiterei beginnt und ich die 300 € bezahlen muss. Aber der Kundenservice hat mir sofort innerhalb eines Tages sehr freundlich zurückgeschrieben, und mir Rückzahlung in Auftrag gegeben. Also, das ist wirklich Highclass-Service 100/10! Damit habe ich nicht gerechnet, vor allem, weil Siroko ja auch nichts dafür kann. Ich bin wirklich total froh, dass die mir so unkompliziert entgegengekommen sind. Zudem war ich auch noch sehr spät dran mit meiner Antwort, weil ich gerade auf Reisen war. Also wirklich alles in allem grandios, so hat man auch keine Angst, etwas Teures zu bestellen, falls etwas schief gehen sollte. Herzlichen Dank dafür ❤️”
