“Gran servicio a cliente responde rápido y se preocupan por la impresión del cliente, hay algunos productos que deben revisar pero en general yo he comprado gafas de sol y después de mucho tiempo las he renovado”

“The quality of their products has always been good and I've placed many orders with them. For my last order, they shipped ladies bibs instead of men's bibs. I returned them and asked for the correct bibs to be replaced. They said they could only refund the wrong bibs. That means I know have to order the bibs again and pay for shipping, even though it was their error. Very poor customer service. How do they expect me to order from them again when this is the type of service they offer?”
