“The customer service is AWFUL!!! They had send me the wrong item, and wouldn't reimburse me my money or send me the correct product that was ordered. They essentially made me go through the exact same return process (return the product and get a credit to SIROKO) as people who got what they ordered but still wanted to return the item.. I didn't get what I ordered. Most companies will fix their mistake. When I voiced my concern to them they said they need it to go through the same process for all returns. I had added item to get free shipping, and I asked if I could get free shipping for the item that no longer would qualify, they said no! CRAZY!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!”

“I recently bought the Siroko SRX PRO Aero Race bib shorts and they’ve quickly become my go-to bib. The quality is outstanding, the material seems very durable. Comfort-wise, they’re top-notch—the fit is snug without being restrictive, and the padding provides excellent support during long rides. Plus, they have a sleek, professional look that I really like. “A few days after it arrived the Sherpa material separated from the other fabric. I didn’t wash it or damaged it. It looks like the fabric was too weak and split apart. Even though I contacted customer service they didn’t help me in any way. I won’t buy from here again since they don’t seem to value the satisfaction of customers and quality of products.”

“I’m absolutely loving the winter cycling gear I just got! I was kinda stressing about staying warm, but this stuff is great. The jacket keeps me warm without feeling like I'm wrapped in a duvet, and it doesn’t make me sweat like crazy. The bib tights are so comfy, I barely even notice I’m wearing them, and they keep my legs toasty. And the reflective bits? Perfect for those early rides when it’s still dark. Honestly, I’m pumped with this gear, it’s exactly what I needed for winter riding. Totally recommend it!”
