“La veste W2 W CHRÉA n’est vraiment pas chaude. Si vous prévoyez de skier en plein soleil sous 10° c’est ok, sinon elle n’est absolument pas chaude. Sans soleil à 5° j’avais froid malgré mes sous couches. Je n’ose pas imaginer s’il neige. Je déconseille clairement, elle est belle mais ce n’est pas suffisant.”

“Did wear the pants for 4 days while snowboarding. Pants on the bottom already changed colour. Fabric is more worn and becomes thinner. Seams coming loose. Not high quality for this price… good for 2-3 winter holidays max.”

“I bought this jacket in S, it's too big - now I return the jacket in order to have it in XS, the return has been delivred but SIROKO doesn't answer me. I've just lost my money. If you're not sure of the size, don't buy it it because you will loose your money and still don't have the jacket”

“La he puesto cuatro veces y me parce comoda, las tallas correctas segun pone,pero para mi se queda un poco corta , tendria que tener al menos 5 o 10 cm mas de longitud, para que mida mas o menos lo mismo que la chaqueta.”

“Se potessi metterei 0 stelle! Ma il minimo è 1 i colori di questa giacca non sono come in foto! Ho chiesto di essere rimborsata e ho pagato anche 2.95€ per l’etichetta di reso… ma niente! non mi è mai arrivata nessuna etichetta e nessuna notizia dopo diverse mail… delusissima!”

“Ho ordinato Giacca da snow e un paio di muffole. Tutto perfetto, buona qualità che si sente al tatto, vestono un pelo over ed è quello che cercavo. Tempi di spedizione rapidissimi 2 giorni neanche. Ricomprerò”

“Ordered a snowboard jacket and it doesn't fit well. Trying to return it...I've been charged for the return label but Siroko indicates that the return label is not available to print.....hmmm...sounds sketchy! Very unhappy!”

“Ordered from Sikoro, so happy with the quality and service. I ordered a size too big and the customer support to organise the exchange was super easy. “(My order #1314312 for 1×DW Territory-S), The rear pockets are narrow and deep, making it almost impossible to take things out of them while riding. Satisfied with others except for this problem.”

“I ordered a ski jacket, I confirmed with the company that it would be delivered through a courier and USPS. They then sent it USPS and I dont get USPS delivery. The jacket was then sent back to the company and they said they would refund me and that was weeks ago. They are no longer even answering my emails. This company is not honest and I would never suggest anyone ordering anything from them. They don't even have a customer service phone number.”

“Too uncomfortable to take things out of the rear pockets while riding due to the high back pocket upper position - Nothing else is bad. Regrettably I gave up pulling something out of the pockets”

“Delivery was super fast, ordered on the 27th Dec, arrived on 2nd Jan. Fabric and making looks and feels perfect! I would have loved this, except... Size chart states 63 cm length for size L-XL. My piece came with the length of 54 cm-s, measured from neck lining to bottom. That's 9 cm-s short! Barely covers my belly button. (I'm 193 cm-s tall)”

“I have tried to contact this company on 3 seperate occasions about my order within the past 2 weeks and have not yet received a response. I placed my order about 3 weeks ago and my tracking has not been updated in a while. The inability to respond to THREE SEPERATE inquiries that I have made regarding my order is beyond inappropriate. I am very unhappy with the complete lack in customer service from this company and as a result I would never recommend this company or products to anyone in the future. Do better.”
