Bestelling gedaan van een fietsjas ( kwaliteit is goed) maar is te klein, retourprocedure werkt niet. Je krijgt geen retour formulier en via de mail zijn ze niet bereikbaar. Echte slechte service

I bought a cycling Jacket cost me Total: $103.91 AUD using their size chart. My chest is 38" then choosed XS Chest 38", but unfortunately this size is too tight on me even I could not zip up the jacket. I request for return but their return procedure have a lots of hassle and cost more than Jacket price. So please don't buy anything from this website. Their return service is too poor.

I ordered some discounted glasses and extra lenses. It's arrived in 2 days to Ireland with DHL. High quality, safe packing, great value, exceptional service. Easy to replacing the other lenses. Highly recommended.

K3S BIKE PARK: If you need to excahange the lenses, then you are in a big trouble! If you buy one of this, never think about put another lenses on it.

Péssimo serviço pós venda, ninguém responde, já enviei alguns e-mails através do pedido pós-venda e ninguém responde. Ando nesta situação desde o dia 30/01. Pretendo fazer a devolução de alguns produtos, este é um dos produtos que pretendo devolver e não estou a conseguir. Só quero me enviem a nota de devolução para eu poder enviar para a morada os produtos a devolver. É uma empresa onde não irei mais comprar.

NOT HAPPY WITH USA RETURN POLICY The worst USA customer return policy on earth. When you ask for returns you'll get and email as if an attorney is fending you off to return it. I'm a cyclist and all the competitors out there are completely helpful with returns. It just cost me $58 to try on something to small. Don't get me wrong, styles and material do change. I do like there product when it fits... Know your size! I hope Siroko jumps on board with a better return policy for us here in the USA.

Ordered a $90 bib back in November. I had an order number and a tracking number and the order never arrived and no one at the company has responded to any of my messages. I will be filing a fraud claim. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Purchased 2 cycling tops in early December for a Christmas present and it’s been nearly 8 weeks and they still haven’t arrived. I have the sent the company 8 emails with absolutely no response. I have ordered from these guys before and no issue. But now- never again- I want my order or refund and then never again will I purchase from them

How do you ensure that your company and its beautiful products go to the abyss? By not providing the service and feedback to its customers, see customer feedback in recent weeks. I have ordered various products in the past, always to my satisfaction, but the last order, ski gloves have not arrived and customer service does not respond to my emails, which is a great shame for a great company. I hope someone from Management Team Sikoro also read these reviews and at least respond to the dissatisfaction of their complaints. Because of this negative feedback, I don't think the company will enjoy a long life. Time for action from Sikoro.

Don't buy from this company! My mirror finish sunglasses were not compatible with a common cleaning product, which ruined the finish and function of the glasses. No relevant warning provided with the glasses at purchase, and no response to my resulting customer query via website contact page.

Avoid buying at Siroko at all times. After sending back a jacket (at my own expense) I did not hear anything. After mail and mail. Nothing. No reply, no return of my money. Aweful company!

AVOID AVOID AVOID . Ok stuff but horrendous customer service 4 emails over weeks nothing back to exchange due to sizing being off size 12 needed xl snow jacket 😑 heard nothing. I've got more chance off losing the tad bit off pork needed to fit more comfortably than hearing back from these . Stick to Dope for a similar style

Horrible return policy and customer service! My items arrived and were too big. I paid $40+ to return and got an email from the company saying it would cost another $40+ in fees. I had a few days to reply or they said they were shipping my items back to me. I responded right away and they did not respond back. I emailed everyday sometimes multiple times afraid they would ship my items back. Did not get a response until the due date saying sorry they can’t help me and my items were being returned. So now I paid $40+ in shipping just to get hundreds of dollars worth of stuff back I can’t use. Horrible experience!
