“The snow jacket and pants are comfortable and warm. The customer service was impeccable, I received a wrong number by accident, (the package had the right size, but the jacket was not, and they immediately send me the correct size, and I returned the wrong one, free of charge!”

“Las prendas son de muy buena calidad. He comprado sudaderas y son super calentitas y mi pareja está encantado con los culotes Siroko. Me encantan los diseños de las prendas de snow, me apetece aprender a esquiar solo por poder usar el producto. :D”

“Good pants for their price. Durability is not great though, i lost the zipper from one of the pant legs in only 3 days of skiing.”

“He comprado una variedad gran de productos en Siroko, tanto la calidad de los materiales, como la calidad del servicio es bastante buena. Tengo muchas sudaderas, son comodas y de un estilo muy deportivo. También tengo chaquetas y abrigran muy bien.”

“The product itself is outstanding. Great materials and finishing. It really keeps you warm. My only negative comment (that is why i don't give 5 stars) is for the sizing tool. It told me a Medium and it is way too big.”

“Hola, los calcetines DW FJORD especifican que son para invierno de -10 a 5 grados. pero son muy finos creo que no son para esas temperaturas, se transparente el pie. Me queda probarlos pero creo que se han equivocado en poner las temperatura.”

“I was thrilled when I received my order from Siroko. I couldn’t wait to try them on. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I discovered that one of the sleeves had a factory defect. I reached out to their customer service team immediately, hoping for a swift resolution. Unfortunately, after a week of back-and-forth communication, I was left frustrated and without a solution. To my dismay, I was eventually told that I had caused the defect by not wearing the shirt properly. This accusation is both unfair and unfounded, as the shirt was brand new and had only been in my possession for 24 hours.”

“Siroko doesn't have any costumer services. If there is a need for changing your size ore return of bought item there is absolutely no way to get in contact. Why don't Siroko not just inform the customer about a return adresse with every delivery? I have tried to change a t-shirt, ontil now I have at least 8 e-mails this with request, but still no way to log in to Siroko customer service to download a return label???? WHY.”
