“I made my first purchase at Siroko! and what a pleasant surprise!! After having to change the address twice, I always had an immediate response from the team and to my surprise the order arrived before the indicated date! not to mention the quality of the product!! They definitely gained a customer!!”

“Ik wil graag een review achterlaten op jullie site. Ik heb een Aspen fietsbroek gekocht. De maat was eerst te klein maar ik mocht gratis omruilen en alles verliep super snel. Grote klasse, dat maak ik bijna nooit mee wanneer ik iets via internet bestel. Een dikke 10 voor Siroko !!! Echt.”

“Ik heb recent een snowboardjas gekocht bij Siroko en was aanvankelijk tevreden over het design en de pasvorm. Echter, na slechts twee halve dagen op de piste begonnen de naden bij de duimopeningen al los te laten. Dit zou toch niet mogen bij een jas die ontworpen is voor intensief gebruik in de sneeuw. Toen ik contact opnam met de klantenservice, kreeg ik te horen dat het om “normale slijtage” ging, ondanks het feit dat ik de jas slechts één keer heb gedragen en nog nooit heb gewassen. Ze boden me een korting van €15 op een volgende aankoop, maar dat vind ik onvoldoende voor een product dat na amper één gebruik al kapot gaat. Ik had veel meer verwacht van Siroko, zowel qua kwaliteit als service. Jammer, want het design is top, maar als de duurzaamheid en after-sales ondersteuning tegenvallen, zou ik deze aankoop niet aanraden.”

“Dejais las chquetas justo en 59.95 y que casualidad que te estes gastando 60 pavos en una chaqueta o mas, y el envío no sea gratis porque necesitas 60 de mínimo para que te lo envíen. Perdieron un cliente por 3.95.”

“Sitzt gut, strechtig. obwohl das Material nicht sehr dick gesteppt ist, hält sie sehr gut warm und ist atmungsaktiv. Fällt relativ groß aus”

“Best quality and a wonderful service! I Love the Design of sirokos Bikeware. They fit good and the bibshorts came with me on an 200km Race. I didn't win, but I Had fun. Thanks to my good fitting stuff. Now I Had an issue with the German Transport organization DPD, who sent my Order back for No reason. Costumer Services of siroko did a great Job and I will finally get my Order by end of this week.”

“Do not order from this brand. If you have ANY issue they will NOT sort it out, they will NOT help you. Their support process is inexistent. Terrible service and they steal from you. Lost a LOT of money when changing sizes/returning the product I bought from them. Terribly misleading, the quality of the product is also not worth it - definitely spend the extra bucks on a GOOD, reliable and honest brand!”

“Jamais rembourse mon retour. J'ai achete 2 vestes para erreur et de plus, elles étaient trop grandes. J'ai procede au retour des 2 vestes et pris le temps d'acheter un autre plus petite. Ils m'ont rembourse 1 seule veste. C'est ma parole contre la leur car leur système ne justifie aucunement comment le paquet est arrivée, a éte ouvert, ou meme son poids à l'arrivée. Ils ne sont pas professionnels, ils veulent jouer comme les grands mais ont des process de maternelle. Siroko n'est pas un bon plan si il y a un risque de vouloir retourner le produit.”
