La tuta è bellissima veramente ho preso sia i pantaloni che la giacca e sono rimasta veramente soddisfatta del mio acquisto l’unica pecca è che forse dovevo prendere una taglia in meno della giacca 🫶🏻

I don’t know, maybe they read the reviews and changed something, but the site support responded to me after 5-10 minutes, and the order arrived in Poland in 2 days. I ordered 3 items: a women's jacket and two overalls (men's and women's). The quality looks excellent, I haven't tested it yet. The only thing is that the sizes are really a little big.

Increíble como bajaron la calidad de sus productos incluso del Packing, ya he comprado 5 lentes de sol con Siroko pero los dos últimos se sienten de mala calidad y para que hablar del Packing horrible comparado de como venían antes, hasta con Sticker venían, se nota que no quieren gastar dinero, decepcionado de la marca, nunca más compro con Siroko.

Buy 1 or 2 sizes smaller than you usually use. I usually use S/M and bought an M. I think i will need a XS.

Bijna mijn hele fietsgardarobe bestaat uit fietskleding van Siroko en kan dus zeggen dat ik fan ben van het merk. Deze beenstukken heb ik besteld en ging er vanuit dat ze vast ook goed zouden zijn. Dat viel echter heel erg tegen. De pasvorm is slecht en de stof heeft te weinig stretch. De onderkant is zo nauw dat mn voet er bijna niet doorheen past en de stof is rondom de knie weer te los. Bij andere merken heb ik daar geen last van. Kortom dit was echt een miskoop.

Appalling customer service. Second time ordering. First pair of glasses excellent quality and as described. Second pair were vastly different from the advertised picture. I raised this with them- they informed me that lenses can vary “considerably indoors or outdoors”. I felt this was an ok response so went outside the next day in sunlight. They were still nothing like the picture so I informed them and sent evidence. “Please note that as we already explained, The web colour is the colour of the lens in bright conditions and once you can try them in high light conditions, you will be able to see it.” I explained again that as per the photo they are still totally different to the picture advertised. To assure I had covered all boxes I also took a photo in studio light, and edited the picture to add maximum brightness and I could still not achieve a likeness to the advertisement. They have offered for me to return the item at my expense. I have already spent £10.95 on postage and they would like me to pay a further £8 to return them. £18 out of pocket for an item totally different to the advertisement. Would not recommend for accuracy of advertisements or complaint resolution. Be careful when buying with Sirko

Occhiali K3 MTB. Dopo solo un anno la lente è diventata inutilizzabile; si è staccato il trattamento a specchio. evidenzio che li ho sempre solo usati per andare in bici max 4/5 ore settimanali e li ho sempre solo puliti con acqua e poi asciugati con un panno morbido. Qualità veramente pessima, li paghi poco ma valgono ancora meno.

DO NOT USE. AVOID. The frame to my glasses broke within 3 months. After contacting the company I received awful customer service, and was told I would not receive a replacement or refund. I was very shocked as this is not the experience you get with Oakley, or with sports providers like Sportshoes and Pro Direct. Spend a bit more and go elsewhere.

Good quality kit. No better or worse than kit I've purchased for quite a bit more money. People seem to have problems with sizing. For whatever it's worth, I'm 6ft (183cm) and 170lbs (77kg) and wear a medium in both bottom and tops in their SRX line.

Good quality material. Bought the Aspen bib shorts: the leg grippers seem a little too loose for me. (5'-10"; 160 lbs; ordered large since my waist is 35") If I had a smaller waist I would be a perfect medium based on their size chart BUT I don't, so they don't fit me well. I won't return since they have to go all the way back to Spain. I can still wear them but will look at other brands for a better fit Or I can just lose 3 inches on my waist : )

Stay away from Siroko. I’ve purchase a bib short and after only a few rides the fabric start to peel off. Siroko, refused to replace it. They consider that this is not a non conformity. In my sense there’s is a real problem with the quality, and any piece of clothing should last longer.

I would stay well away from this company, they don't allow for refunds and do not help you if you have any problems with the product. I bought a large size jacket and used for one day on the snow and it was that poorly designed the neck line was literally cutting into my neck, and a large size jacket does not fit any standard large sized Smith brand helmets. I sent an email to support and they do not care AT ALL, said it was my fault that the jacket doesn't fit properly, which doesn't make any sense, I don't design and manufactoer ski helments. They will not process a return.

The W2-W LOLLIPOP jacket for WOMEN'S SNOWBOARD JACKET is poor quality. The jacket is manufactured to be made with 100% polyester material (made in China). I have worn the jacket 5x before the zipper finally broke and I am extremely disappointed with the manufacturing process and quality of this jacket; my jacket can no longer be zip closed. The customer service is also extremely poor, as it takes 2 weeks for the department to respond. The website advertises that responses for customer service may be up to 3 days, but that is not the case sadly. One positive comment that I will make is that the pink color is nice and cute. Overall, I do not recommend purchasing any items from Siroko, as the prices are high for poor quality. Sincerely, Chemical Engineer

Hello, I have read all the reviews n have never hands down agreeded with every person who wrote a review in English, I can’t read Spanish. But I’m sure that they r also complaining about this TERRIBLE return service !!! I to asked them n go the return FYI set back from this company n like in the last review, they said it read like from a lawyer.. so true! This company has to make p$$ on fist ordered n not give cash back cuz no one gets to return without spending 1/2 hundred in shipping n then this Co, they send it back again to u after u paid shipping twice now!!! Theee noting . But thieves don’t buy you will regret.

Very poor after sales service. DHL acknowledges having misplaced my order and cannot find it and SIROKO says it has received confirmation from DHL that it has been delivered. SIROKO refuses to correct the situation and continues not to recognize that DHL did not deliver (even though I send them all DHL emails). They've been accusing each other for 12 days now and no one is helping my situation.
