“The quality of their products has always been good and I've placed many orders with them. For my last order, they shipped ladies bibs instead of men's bibs. I returned them and asked for the correct bibs to be replaced. They said they could only refund the wrong bibs. That means I know have to order the bibs again and pay for shipping, even though it was their error. Very poor customer service. How do they expect me to order from them again when this is the type of service they offer?”

“Je mesure 5 pieds 11 pouces 1/2 et je pèse 187 livres. J'avais commandé un cuissard de taille M, et j'avais commandé ce chandail en taille L. Mais j'ai tout retourné et j'ai pris une taille supérieure. Cuissard L et chandail XL. Le chandail est encore serré, mais il épouse parfaitement le corps. Excellente qualité.”

“Unfortunately, my cycling core arrived damaged and stained. Within a few days of my written complaint to the siroko support team, I got a very helpful answer and after exchanging some more emails concerning details of my order and of the damage it arrived with, I received the confirmation that a new item was on its way to me. I can’t review that new item yet, since it has not arrived. But my experience with Siroko‘s customer service was excellent.”
